So the latest info on the end of the Writers Strike!!!

 Gosh I am so ready for this to be over! Although I’m interested to see what shows come back, I’m sure some won’t cause it will just be to much in production. If the strike was to end tomorrow the total loss, would be 1.2 BILLION dollars!

So yea, point here, all that’s left is for the members of the guild to be presented with the deal that the committes have drawn up. On Saturday the committe of the Guild will present the new contract to all 12,000 guild members, if approved by the guild, production should be up and running again within 3 weeks on network shows such as The Office, Lost, and Grey’s Anatomy. Upfronts, which are usually held in May, may or may not be held back and pushed to early June, either way the usual 20 shows per-network that are picked up by networks such as NBC will be cut down to 5-8.

I’m so glad this thing should be coming to and end, and even better I’m greatful its enough time to salvage what’s left of this tv season. I say we have a party with The Office comes back!!! Anyone else in??!!
